Course Details

The only fast-track solution developed in partnership with the Chartered Management Institute specifically for the professional recruitment sector. Suitable for aspiring, new, or established managers, our Leadership Development Courses provide targeted support to strengthen understanding of leadership fundamentals and build confidence in challenging situations.

By taking an assessment at the end of the programme, delegates can gain a Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Management and Leadership qualification and 'Foundation Chartered Management' status. They will also benefit from highly experienced trainers, a learning support coordinator, and comprehensive resources from the Management Direct Learning Hub.

In today's recruitment landscape, strong leadership isn't just beneficial—it's essential. The selling and performance management approaches that worked previously don't deliver in 2025's environment.
