A review of multi-enterprise bargaining

In 2023, the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) was amended to increase access to single interest employer authorisations (SIE Authorisations) for the negotiation of multi-enterprise agreements, including changes that could result in employers being compelled to bargain for a multi-enterprise agreement against their will.
