The APSCo Awards for Excellence celebrate the most innovative and successful recruitment firms across the United Kingdom. Unlike other awards, our rigorous selection process sets a new standard for professional recognition.

What differentiates APSCo's awards from all others in our sector, is the rigorous judging process. Entries are not only reviewed "on paper", all finalists will also go through a face-to-face independent judging panel. 
The panel of judges are carefully selected for their areas of expertise. This includes specialists in business success, growth, finance, recruitment, diversity and marketing. Five judges will be matched to each of the award categories. Judges will be given ample time to review all applicable applications and will agree the finalists for each category.

 

Shortlisted members are invited to a face-to-face interview with the panel and the winners will be announced at a gala awards lunch.

Our Unique Judging Process

Each award category features a meticulously selected panel of five judges, ensuring a comprehensive and fair assessment. Judges thoroughly review written applications and conduct personal interviews, guaranteeing that only the most exceptional firms are recognised.

Entry Criteria

Each entry will be assessed on the information provided in the application, including any additional information required. The awards are only open to APSCo members.

Entries that are incomplete, submitted after the deadline, or do not meet the required criteria may unfortunately not be judged.

The judges will be looking for the following:

  • Clarity of presentation
  • A well-written, structured and presented case; clear, concise entries will deliver a stronger message
  • Specific, relevant answers with evidence
  • Adherence to the word count
