Delegates can gain a Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Management and Leadership qualification and 'Foundation Chartered Management' status by taking an assessment at the end of the programme. The programme consists of four modules that will take place virtually. A launch meeting is scheduled to provide optimum preparation for the 27th January 2022 - 10.00am - 11.00am, but it is still possible to join up to 48 hours prior to the training. See detailed schedule below.
Workshops – Learners will benefit from 3 two-hour workshops to discuss practical application of the learning and real-life team challenges. The sessions will enable learners to gain support and ideas both from trainers and peers. They will also include assignment preparation and writing support.
Assessment – To complete the qualification there will be 3 practical assignments, for which delegates are given trainer support and extensive CMI resources. Find out more about the Foundation Chartered Manager Status here.
