After successfully completing two assessments, delegates will be awarded the Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership by the internationally recognised Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Course Overview

There are 44 guided learning hours. Delegates will be expected to undertake a further 50 hours of study, research, reading, practical application and assessments, over a period of 6-9 months.

 

The course is delivered through a mixture of workshops, 1:1 coaching, mastermind peer-to-peer sessions, and assessment preparation tutorials. The workshops are delivered face-to-face in London. Tutorial and coaching dates will be agreed on registration.

 

On successful completion of two assessments delegates will be awarded the CMI level 5 certificate in Management and Leadership.

    • Coaching Session 1: 8th May 2025 - 1:1 hour time slot per delegate

    • Coaching Session 2: 28th July 2025 - 1:1 hour time slot per delegate
    • Action Learning Workshop 2: 14th August 2025 - 10.00 - 12.00 

 

  • Module 2: Coaching and Mentoring: 2nd & 3rd September 2025 - 08.30 - 12.30
     
    • Assessment Tutorial 2: 30th September 2025 - 10.00 - 12.00
    • Coaching Session 3: 27th October 2025 - 1:1 hour time slot per delegate

The Advanced Leadership Programme is accredited by the internationally recognised CMI and those who successfully pass the two assessments of the programme alongside their attendance will be awarded the Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership qualification.

Charlotte is an experienced, dynamic trainer with over 25 years' experience within the recruitment sector. She is well placed to meet the diverse needs of APSCo Members and non-members and all her training and projects focus on practical application as well as, most importantly, tangible results.

 

As recently as 2020 Charlotte redesigned APSCo’s CMI programme and is both lead trainer and assessor. Previously working as a top biller in both permanent and temporary recruitment sectors, she was also a hugely successful Branch Manager and a Regional Sales Consultant before being asked to join the internal training team of The Impellam Group.

 

Charlotte is passionate about excellence within the industry. Her style is enthusiastic and motivational and she trains with an in-depth understanding of the challenges of the recruitment marketplace.  Her training has taken her to Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong and she has a deep understanding of delivering to a culturally diverse audience.
