After successfully completing two assessments, delegates will be awarded the Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership by the internationally recognised Chartered Management Institute (CMI). There are 44 guided learning hours. Delegates will be expected to undertake a further 50 hours of study, research, reading, practical application and assessments, over a period of 6-9 months.
The course is delivered through a mixture of workshops, 1:1 coaching, mastermind peer-to-peer sessions, and assessment preparation tutorials. The workshops are delivered face-to-face in London. Tutorial and coaching dates will be agreed on registration.
On successful completion of two assessments delegates will be awarded the CMI level 5 certificate in Management and Leadership.
