After successfully completing two assessments, delegates will be awarded the Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership by the internationally recognised Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Delegates benefit from expert facilitation, comprehensive resources, and practical frameworks that translate directly to improved business performance.

There are 44 guided learning hours. Delegates will be expected to undertake a further 50 hours of study, research, reading, practical application and assessments, over a period of 6-9 months.
The course is delivered through a mixture of workshops, 1:1 coaching, mastermind peer-to-peer sessions, and assessment preparation tutorials. The workshops are delivered face-to-face in London. Tutorial and coaching dates will be agreed on registration.
On successful completion of two assessments delegates will be awarded the CMI level 5 certificate in Management and Leadership.
The Advanced Leadership Programme is accredited by the internationally recognised CMI and those who successfully pass the two assessments of the programme alongside their attendance will be awarded the Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership qualification.
