An interactive workshop for legal, compliance and back office teams responsible for operational processes within the business. Understand how the recruitment sector is regulated and establish best practice recruitment, selection and compliance when onboarding candidates.
APSCo, Senior Legal Advisor
Rajia joined APSCo in September 2019 as a Legal Advisor.
She is a graduate in Law from the University of Westminster and comes with experience providing legal advice within the recruitment sector.
Her position at APSCo involves advising members and affiliates on legal and compliance issues and supports the Legal Team to deliver a variety of legal services from model contracts and guidance, to training and the Legal Helpdesk.
Legal Advisor
Jimmy Stocker is a Legal Advisor at APSCo with 13 years’ experience; 5 years of which was gained working directly in the recruitment sector. Jimmy assists members with their queries on the APSCo Legal Helpdesk offering practical recommendations to members. Jimmy also assists with APSCo Compliance+ Standards Committee meetings in both the Education and Social Work sectors. He also delivers the APSCo Legal and Compliance and APSCo Contract courses.
