With over 10 years' experience in Training and Development, Rachel is well placed to meet the dynamic and diverse needs of managers in the recruitment market. An integral part of the leadership training team delivering and assessing APSCo’s CMI programme, Rachel is a popular trainer in high demand.

 

Rachel has broad experience, having worked in operational management herself she then moved into HR focusing on areas such as recruitment, training and development, and coaching.

 

As a trainer, she has worked with leaders in sectors including recruitment, retail, engineering, hospitality and sport. In addition to the CMI leadership programme, Rachel has delivered successful programmes in train the trainer, career coaching, team building, communication, change management, internal recruitment & assessment, graduate recruitment, coaching Skills, retail skills and personality profiling.
