Charlotte is an experienced, dynamic trainer with over 25 years' experience within the recruitment sector. She is well placed to meet the diverse needs of APSCo Members and non-members and all her training and projects focus on practical application as well as, most importantly, tangible results.

 

As recently as 2020 Charlotte redesigned APSCo’s CMI programme and is both lead trainer and assessor. Previously working as a top biller in both permanent and temporary recruitment sectors, she was also a hugely successful Branch Manager and a Regional Sales Consultant before being asked to join the internal training team of The Impellam Group.

 

Charlotte is passionate about excellence within the industry. Her style is enthusiastic and motivational and she trains with an in-depth understanding of the challenges of the recruitment marketplace.  Her training has taken her to Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong and she has a deep understanding of delivering to a culturally diverse audience.
