Sophie Robertson is a recruitment industry advisor, coach and trainer. She worked in recruitment for 18 years in various roles from consultant to Business Development Director to General Manager in a global firm as well as in a boutique firm.
Since 2007, Sophie has through her business Younique Coaching coached many recruiters at all levels to bill more and be more successful.
She also works at an advisory level to recruitment leaders and business owners to assist them to build high performing teams.
Sophie’s areas of expertise include: leadership for high performing teams, growing temp and contract businesses and business development.
Sophie’s book ‘Secrets to running a lucrative temp desk’ has helped many companies establish and grow their temp desks.
Russell Webb

After working as a very successful Recruitment Sales Manager, Russell realised that educating others was his real passion, so he joined SThree as their first Performance Coach, and then progressed rapidly to grow and manage a team of coaches throughout the UK, Europe and North America.
The combination of personal coaching, delivering bespoke training and building Leadership Programmes to support new Leaders, led to higher levels of retention, built a phenomenal culture and vastly increased productivity.
After a move to Europe, Russell worked fanatically to help Amoria Bond grow from 13 employees to over 160. Here, he built robust internal recruitment processes and built an L&D team to educate the new employees to deliver a service that would be memorable for customers.
Here in Australia, he helped Evolution Recruitment grow their footprint and reputation significantly and now offers this experience of helping businesses to grow capacity and capability with exceptional levels of commitment.
