This APSCo Uncovered session will explore the growing impact of AI on the recruitment sector, looking at current trends, research, and the balance between technology and the human side of recruitment. Alongside the opportunities AI presents, the discussion will focus on the importance of emotional intelligence, communication, and maintaining strong people connections in an evolving workplace.
 
The session will also examine how individuals respond to change, uncertainty, and pressure, drawing on insights from neuroscience and behavioural science.
