Through two highly practical sessions, Kai will challenge you to think differently about the data you measure, the activities you prioritise and the leadership routines that drive results. Kai will focus on ideas and tools to activate growth in your business, followed by an interactive exercise to discuss and formulate these specifically for your business. She will cover:

Kai will share practical leadership tools that high-performing recruitment businesses use to drive consistent growth and performance. Drawing on real-world experience, she will explore the management routines, behaviours and accountability measures that help leaders create momentum, improve team performance and maximise results. The session will be followed by an interactive discussion, giving you the opportunity to reflect on how these approaches can be applied in your own businesses. She will cover:

    • Weekly leadership routines

    • Coaching, accountability and trust

Kai is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in business leadership and strategic advisory. Kai has made significant contributions to businesses through her expertise as a Non-executive Director and Business Advisor. She has a wealth of experience scaling businesses, having previously grown a multi-channel recruitment firm in the UK.

Kai spent over 10 years as Managing Director of Search Consultancy, becoming part of the management buy-in/buy-out team in February 2000. Whilst firmly establishing Search as the leading independent player in Scotland, the successful footprint was rolled out south of the border, opening locations in Manchester, London, Leicester, Leeds, and Birmingham whilst increasing staff numbers from 170 to over 650. As a result, Search was recognised as one of the UK’s 100 fastest growing private companies in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ ‘Profit Track 100’ and Kai was acknowledged as Businesswomen of the Year. The company turnover on exit was over £120m and NFI had grown at 20% year on year for the previous 5 years.
