Our expert panel will discuss the early warning signs of burnout, how to protect staff wellbeing and how belonging plays a role in helping staff cope and stay engaged during these difficult times.

 Katherine has 25 years of recruitment expertise across multiple sectors and is one of the most experienced recruitment leaders in the UK market.   She has held senior business development roles with Hays and was a Partner with 15 months of joining the Danos Group.   Katherine joined the Tenth Revolution Group in December 2022 to run their Salesforce recruitment division, Mason Frank.    Katherine now holds the role of Director of Client Development and focuses on SME end user and partner growth, whilst also developing corporate, account managed and recruitment solutions.  She leads on ED&I and is heavily involved in TRG's strategic partnerships and enjoys educating the market through the TRG Tech Success podcast and monthly roundtable series.

With over 30 years of experience in talent acquisition, Paul has worked across agency, executive search, and in-house roles, including leading resourcing at Barclays and heading recruitment for the London 2012 Olympics, for which he received a British Empire Medal. Since joining AMS in 2014, he has led major client accounts, overseen internal hiring, and established the firm’s first DEIB function. In 2022, he set up AMS’s DEIB Centre of Excellence, driving internal strategy and supporting the delivery of inclusive solutions to clients.
