Employment Rights Bill: Lords Second Reading - Summary
On 27th March, the Employment Rights Bill progressed through its Second Reading in the House of Lords, which involved a general debate on the principles of the legislation.
The next step for the Bill will be a Committee of the Whole House, where Peers will undertake detailed line-by-line scrutiny and propose amendments to the legal text. This will take place from 29th April.
