CV-Library, Sales Director
Mike Powell is Sales Director at the UK’s leading independent job board, CV-Library. He has worked in the industry for over eighteen years and plays a key role in developing CV-Library’s offering to meet the hiring needs of recruiters across the UK.
Mike joined CV-Library in 2006 as one of its first ever sales employees. He had seen a creative advert for the job in a local newspaper and was keen to start an exciting new career. Fast forward to today and he now oversees the sales teams and strategy across a number of different teams including the US.
He is a regular speaker at key industry events, where he covers some of the latest trends in the market and what these mean for recruiters.
Rohit Kapoor
Paiger, Co-Founder
Rohit co-founded Paiger with Darren Westall in 2018. They identified a gap in the market for a tool that would enable recruitment companies to rethink their approach to social media, personal branding, and marketing. And has since worked to develop Paiger into a tool that enables your recruiters to market candidates, jobs and themselves with AI and automation.
Today, Rohit works closely with the sales team, championing Paiger to prospective clients. With over a decade of experience in recruitment and selling recruitment software since 2007 and 2012 respectively, Rohit brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
