We will take a broader view of how the UK economy is meeting the challenges it faces from overseas and what impact these challenges are likely to have on the labour market and the need for talent in the UK.

He has unrivalled knowledge of UK and offshore corporate, large corporate and investment fund businesses from an economic, FX & IRD risk perspective; and provides strategic guidance for UK and European FX and interest rate sales teams whilst assisting with revenue growth targets (5-10%) in a £100m+ sales business over multiple years.
Neil has directed multiple projects to better deliver strategy across the suite of clients, reducing complaints and risks of litigation and led several projects to increase revenue capture from strategy’s interaction with the FX and IRD sales business.

Jonathan Wade has been specialising in due diligence for over 15 years.
He has played a leading role in developing teams both in the Midlands and latterly in the South, before relocating in 2007 to establish RSM’s London transaction services team.
Jonathan’s experience in the deal environment is broad based, working with clients on both the buy and sell side across a mix of corporate acquisitions (including large corporates such as Capita plc to owner managed businesses), venture capital and private equity buyouts.
Jonathan has particular experience in alternative specialty finance and the recruitment sector.
