Alison Treliving co-chairs our global Labour & Employment Practice Group. Alison has over 15 years’ experience of representing clients operating in the recruitment sector and those end-user clients engaging with recruiters.  Alison advises on all aspects of employment law affecting those in the recruitment sector as well as having expertise in relation to recruitment specific legislation.  In addition, Alison regularly provides strategic support to clients on matters such as diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), investigations and whistleblowing, board-level appointments and departures, multijurisdictional projects, sensitive and complex disciplinary and grievance matters, cross-jurisdictional disputes and business reorganisations. She is also an experienced litigator who takes a particular interest in complex discrimination claims.

Tina is also part of a growing business consultancy - NorthStar People.
