Jon started his career in the year 2000 in the contract recruitment sector leveraging his language skills in the French and German speaking markets. After 4 years recruiting contractors into the Mobile Comms and SAP sectors, he switched paths and joined an international contractor management company.
Throughout his career Jon grasped every opportunity to enhance his knowledge and understanding of all things international compliance from a recruitment sector perspective and shared this with his recruitment business clients.
Jon was a co-founder shareholder owner of both 6CATS International and subsequently 6CATSPRO via which he supported the international compliance helpdesk for APSCo members for over 5 years.
In late 2024 he founded and launched Clarke Pro Compliance Limited known as “PRO” to deliver as the go to specialist compliance consulting partner for the international recruitment sector. Having launched on his own he successfully sought APSCo Trusted Partner status in December 24.

With over thirty years of experience in recruitment, Nick has amassed expert industry knowledge. His career highlights include twenty-two years in senior leadership at a $1 billion global recruiter. In 2015, he co-founded Adepto Technical Recruitment, focusing on supporting highly regulated sectors like the Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries.
