The world awaits – the international recruitment market in 2026 and beyond
Eoghan Doherty, Research Analyst, SIA
As UK recruitment businesses increasingly look overseas for growth, choosing the right market is critical. This session explores what recent research tells us about the opportunities available in international markets and how recruitment leaders can assess where those opportunities genuinely exist. Eoghan will examine global hiring trends, the drivers of talent shortages across different regions and the practical considerations businesses should evaluate before expanding internationally. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to identify markets that align with their specialism, strategy and growth ambitions.
Panel Discussion: mapping out your overseas business journey
Our panellists will examine the journey to international expansion, from servicing overseas clients from the UK through to hiring boots on the ground, what were the tell tale signs that prompted them to expand abroad.
Rob Whittall, Managing Partner, Dyke Yaxley
