Squire Patton Boggs

Discussion on Hiring Fraud followed by Q&A
Keith Rosser, Director, Reed Screening

The growth of sophisticated ‘Reference Houses’ providing fake documents makes detection difficult, while the cost-of-living crisis has heightened the risk of employees being targeted by organized crime to steal company data. Given the severe consequences including financial loss and reputational damages we discuss how recruitment companies can strengthen the pre-employment screening processes to mitigate these rising insider threats.
