APSCo Legal Forum
Tuesday 21st October
11:00am-12:30pm
Webinar
In this webinar our legal experts will explore the changes to the regulation of umbrella companies and what steps you will need to take as a recruitment business to meet the new legislative requirements.
We will look at the impact of Joint Several Liability (JSL): what it means for your responsibilities for ensuring compliance and due diligence on umbrella companies; and what regulation lies ahead.
After the presentations there will be an open opportunity to ask Shazia and Dawn any specific questions you may have – these will not be recorded.
