Meeting Agenda

As the landscape of contractor legislation is evolving, businesses in the professional staffing and recruitment sector are preparing for a fresh wave of regulatory change. This session will examine these changes and explore how they are already influencing compliance behaviours, market dynamics, and contractor engagement models and what step you will need to take as a recruitment business to meet new legislative requirements.

As part of this session we will discuss whether we are seeing a shift away from umbrella company models back towards PSCs (inside or outside IR35), and what this could mean for our members. What are the options available in light of these changes? How do they stack up in terms of risk, reward, and commercial viability? And how should firms adapt their strategies to remain compliant while maintaining competitive advantage?

After the presentations there will be an open opportunity to ask Shazia and Dawn any specific questions you may have – these will not be recorded.
