Nicola Ihnatowicz is a partner in the Employment and Pensions Department at Trowers & Hamlins LLP, and specialises in all aspects of human resources and employment law for employers and recruitment businesses.  

Nicola specialises in supporting businesses to become "Employers of the Future". Her expertise includes advising on sustainable workforces, achieving inclusivity and business transformation. She also supports employers with difficult employee relations matters, such as changing terms and conditions, managing stress at work, reasonable adjustments, discrimination and harassment investigations, and restructures and redundancies. 

Nicola regularly advises and represents clients on Employment Tribunal matters and has recently dealt with complex claims for discrimination and harassment, holiday pay, whistleblowing and workplace stress. She is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences, including the firm's weekly online Q&A "Trowers Tuesday". 

Nicola chairs the firm's Social Impact Committee and has experience as a charity trustee.

Tania is the Global Public Policy Director. She is a solicitor who has worked exclusively in the professional staffing sector since 1999, joining APSCo in 2016.

As Head of Global Public Policy Tania represents our members’ interests in meetings and communications with Government departments, ministers, MPs and other interested stakeholders. She is responsible for APSCo’s public affairs activity on a global basis representing APSCo members’ views to governments and contributing to the debate on the future of the global professional labour market.

Tina Holt is a HR Director with 20+ years’ experience of working within the recruitment sector, with 15 years working at NES Global Talent, 10 of which as their Global HRD and then 4 years as the Global HR Director for Fircroft Engineering Services, until setting up her own HR Consultancy in 2019 to support a wide variety of clients within the recruitment sector.

Tina is also part of a growing business consultancy - NorthStar People.

Tom is an experienced tax practitioner who initially trained in HMRC as an Inspector before joining WTT Group in 2017.  In his role he has worked with those in the contingent labour supply chain to resolve historical non-compliance as well as advised many individuals and businesses how to ensure future tax compliance needs are met. He has a deep understanding of non-compliant structures in the recruitment sector and has previously given evidence to the Loan Charge and Taxpayer Fairness All Party Parliamentary Group as to the effect such structures have on the temporary workforce.
