Welcome, Introduction & APSCo update

Teri Etherington, Head of Talent Development, APSCo

Roundtable discussion led by:
Moya Rylands, Commercial Director, APSCo

Teri Etherington, Head of Talent Development, APSCo

For years, recruitment consultant performance has been measured through activity. Calls made, CVs sent, jobs taken and meetings booked have all been used as indicators of success.

But what happens when AI can complete many of these tasks faster, more efficiently and with less effort?

If a consultant can achieve the same outcome with half the activity, are traditional KPIs still relevant? More importantly, are they driving the behaviours we want to see?

Join fellow recruitment leaders for a roundtable discussion exploring how AI is reshaping performance measurement and whether it's time to rethink the metrics that define success.

Together we'll discuss:

    • Are traditional activity-based KPIs still fit for purpose?
    • What behaviours are current KPIs encouraging?
    • Should we be measuring outcomes rather than activity?
    • Which metrics matter most in an AI-enabled recruitment business?
    • How do we balance productivity, quality and performance?
    • What are the challenges of moving to a more outcome-based approach?

This is an interactive discussion designed to share experiences, challenge assumptions, and explore what the future of performance management could look like in recruitment.
