Meeting Agenda

Government is seeking opinion on extending mandatory pay reporting from gender only to ethnicity and disability.  As our members and trusted partners can run significant payrolls, way beyond the 250 employee trigger point, this will be relevant to many APSCo and OutSource members.  Government is also asking whether mandatory action plans to address pay gaps should be introduced.

Equality (Race and Disability) Bill: mandatory ethnicity and disability pay gap reporting - GOV.UK

We are intending to make a submission and invite you to an online meeting where we will run through the consultation questions and provide members with a discussion forum.

Please register on our events page if you would like to attend. Please do feel free to pass this on to the relevant person in your organisation.
