As co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Advance Global Recruitment (AGR), I spearheaded the company’s rapid expansion from a startup to a market leader. This journey culminated in generating over £53 million in annual revenue before navigating a strategic and successful exit, a testament to my entrepreneurial drive that earned me recognition as a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award.
