I’m Matt Fox. A lover of the recruitment industry with 24 years of experience within it. I have operated at Director level for a national recruitment agency, and launched, built, loved, sold and exited my own SME recruitment business. I have built and managed teams, won awards, strategised, succession planned and have lived through almost every challenge you can imagine. Not only that, but unlike many recruitment business advisors, my sale and deal experience was recent giving current knowledge and exposure to that all important journey.
