Office Concierge operates as independent advisors, assisting companies in shaping, searching for, and acquiring their ideal office space. Much like a hotel concierge, they carefully listen to client requirements and deliver a premium, tailored service to identify the most suitable solution.

Based in New York, the company has supported APSCo members across the United States and internationally.

Richard Sexton, MBE, the Founder and CEO, began his career in 1992 in London as a Chartered Surveyor before becoming a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York. He relocated to New York in 2001 as Partner, International, with Knight Frank, where he played a key role in forming their Global Alliance with Newmark and Douglas Elliman. In 2019, he established Office Concierge, specialising in assisting small and medium-sized companies that do not require a full-time, experienced Head of Real Estate on their teams.

Richard has worked with APSCo members on their office requirements in the US, Europe, and Asia.

Wherever possible, Office Concierge's fees are covered by the landlord, a standard practice in the United States.
