Meeting Agenda

Your growth plan looks great on paper. So why isn’t it happening?

Most recruitment leaders don’t have a strategy problem. They have an activation problem. The plan is written, the targets are set, and yet the pipeline is patchy, activity drifts and the same few people carry the numbers.

This afternoon is about closing that gap.

Led by Kai Murray, who took Search Consultancy from £16M to £120M and has spent the years since helping recruitment owners scale and exit, this is a working session, not a lecture. You’ll bring your own business into the room and leave with a plan you can put to work on Monday.

Welcome & Introduction

Moya Rylands, Commercial Director, APSCo

Where to focus to activate your growth plan
Kai Murray,
Kai Consultancy

Kai will focus on ideas and tools to activate growth in your business, followed by an interactive exercise to discuss and formulate these specifically for your business. She will cover:

    • The data you are measuring
    • The data you focus on to drive and analyse your pipeline
    • How you are driving key activities, and the KPIs that matter most
    • Renewing your focus on sales fundamentals and disciplined execution
    • Maximising activity and opportunity across the existing client base

This session will focus on the practical opportunities to activate growth in your business, and provide the opportunity to build your personal growth roadmap.

Driving Performance Through Leadership, Accountability and Execution

Kai will share practical leadership tools that high-performing recruitment businesses use to drive consistent growth and performance. Drawing on real-world experience, she will explore the management routines, behaviours and accountability measures that help leaders create momentum, improve team performance and maximise results. The session will be followed by an interactive discussion, giving you the opportunity to reflect on how these approaches can be applied in your own businesses. She will cover:

    • What high-performing recruitment businesses do consistently
    • Weekly leadership routines
    • Using KPIs to drive behaviour
    • Coaching, accountability and trust
