Compliance+, developed by APSCo (The Association of Professional Staffing Companies), is a rigorous quality standard, making the recruitment process for education and qualified social work professionals more robust, reliable and reassuring. Compliance+ is designed to safeguard children and vulnerable adults and to benchmark recruitment firms against the best possible service and was developed following extensive consultation with relevant stakeholders.
As a part of the audit process Compliance + members are required to obtain feedback on candidate experience.
This survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete. All responses will be sent directly to the APSCo Compliance+ team for review by an external auditor and will not at any point be disclosed to the Compliance+ member.
This feedback is an important part of the audit process and fundamental to achieving accreditation.
