Our members in the clinical and healthcare sectors recognise that over the past few years the NHS has had a dependency on contingent workers, including agency workers, to the detriment of focus on its long-term workforce strategy. Last year’s launch of the 10-year workforce plan was a very positive first step and we are keen to support the Government in its work to evolve the NHS workforce.
