DBT Consultation - Threshold for triggering collective redundancy obligations
The Government has launched a consultation on the new organisation-wide threshold for triggering collective redundancy obligation under the Employment Rights Act 2025.The consultation is seeking view on how this new rule should be set.
Members can answer the consultation online until the 21 May 2026.
