DY USA Promotes Three Members of Its Business Service Group

CLEVELAND, OH (December 11, 2025) –DY USA is pleased to announce the promotion of three of its team members in the Business Services Group: Joel Jancsura, Senior Tax Manager; Pat Zanin, Senior Tax Manager; and Molly Russell, Senior Tax Associate.

Joel’s areas of focus include US tax return preparation, review, and compliance for businesses and individuals. He has a proven history of successfully working with people at different levels throughout an organization to manage the tax compliance process.

Pat’s focus her practice on US individual and corporate taxes and estimate calculation/preparation and sales tax nexus/compliance consulting. She helps businesses manage the intricacies associated with working with the IRS. Pat is the firm’s CCH software champion and a member of the software implementation/ technology team.

Molly’s practice focuses on preparation of U.S. corporate tax returns for C-Corps, S-Corps and partnerships of all sizes. Her ability to navigate, understand and apply new tax softwares are valuable skills when it comes to adapting to technology and managing efficiency in the tax preparation process.

Joel earned his bachelor of arts degree in accounting from Baldwin Wallace. He is a CPA and member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs.

Pat earned her bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Akron. She is a CPA and member of the American Institute of CPAs.

Molly earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo and is currently pursuing her CPA.
