DY USA Team Continues to Grow

CLEVELAND, OH (December 22, 2025) –DY USA is thrilled to announce Lauren Bateman has joined the firm as a Tax Associate.

Lauren brings 10 years of experience working in a UK accountancy practice preparing accounts, payroll, and UK tax returns, providing in-depth expertise and a client-focused approach. She is a member of DY USA’s software implementation / technology team.

Lauren’s prior experience in the public sector was across the National Health Service and local authority managing sensitive information, navigating regulatory requirements, and supporting a wide range of service users. Those roles helped her develop her communications and problem-solving skills and effectively manage complex tasks while building reliable, supportive client relationships.

Lauren studied Business HNC through Stafford University. She earned her A Levels at Shrewsbury Sixth Form College and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2020.
