Employment Rights Bill HC Debate Summary

On 11th and 12th March, the Employment Rights Bill progressed through its Report Stage in the House of Commons. The Bill will now move to the House of Lords, where it will receive its introduction to the House of Lords via its First Reading before moving on to its Second Reading and undergo further scrutiny and potential amendment. Following this process, the Bill will proceed to a consideration of amendments stage before receiving Royal Assent. The dates for the upcoming stages have not yet been announced but will be available here.
