Ann is founder and Global CEO of APSCo, an international trade body representing the professional recruitment sector with operations in the UK, Germany, Australia and across South East Asia.
She has over thirty years’ recruitment experience including time as UK Sales Director of multinational staffing firms and Managing Director of recruitment training company Learning Curve before establishing APSCo in 1999.

In 2009, she was honoured to receive a fellowship from the NSPCC and in 2018, received the prestigious Leadership Award from the Trade Association Forum. Ann currently features in the SIA ‘Global Power 50’ list of the most influential women in international recruitment. She is also one of the select recruitment sector leaders to have made the Staffing Industry Analysts Hall of Fame, which celebrates individuals in the recruitment field whose accomplishments, dedication and drive are making a difference to work today, and to what work will look like in the future.

Ann is an acknowledged thought leader and her articles feature regularly in the national and recruitment media. An award-winning business leader and inspirational keynote speaker, she is also the co-author of the best-selling ‘Professional Recruiter’s Handbook’.

Marceline Beijer is European VP for Talent Solutions, at ManpowerGroup. She joined Talent Solutions in 2019 with more than 20 years’ experience in finance, marketing and outsourcing. Marceline is responsible for strategy definition and deployment across the spectrum from sales to operational delivery in multi-country programs throughout Europe. She believes that “transformation is key,” and she takes pride in revamping client relationships by offering tailored solutions, especially nontraditional digital solutions, to help build sustainable workplaces. The result is healthy growth for clients as well as Talent Solutions.

People2.0, Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales - EMEA

Jurgen Jaarsma has over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry working in a variety of roles and service offerings at Randstad, Hays and People2.0.

He launched the Hays Talent Solutions brand in The Netherlands in 2010, launching several first generation MSP programs within large Enterprises. This was the beginning of a rapid expansion of the business, that made Hays Talent Solutions one of the fastest growing Mass Talent Providers in the country, delivering innovative MSP and RPO solutions to blue chip companies such as NXP Semiconductors, Heineken, Royal FrieslandCampina and ASML. Since 2017, Jurgen progressed his career internationally, first into Belgium, later into France, as Head of Hays Talent Solutions for the France & Benelux Region and part of the EMEA Hays Talent Solutions Leadership team.

Jurgen joined People2.0 in April 2022 as their EMEA Vice President, where he will focus on growing the business with Mass Talent Organisations of MSP, RPO and Technology providers. Since January 2024 he expanded his role into a Regional Sales Leadership role within the EMEA Management team to drive growth in the Enterprise space. His experience and knowledge in this will enable People2.0 to develop and deliver EOR and AOR solutions specifically targeted to the challenges and opportunities of the industry in the rising Global and Flexible World of Work.

Head of LinkedIn STFF (Search & Staffing) in the Netherlands

With over 20 years in the Search, Staffing, and Outsourcing industry, Sjoukje brings practical experience from a variety of customer-facing roles throughout her career.

Her journey began as a recruiter and eventually led to a commercial director position, giving her firsthand insights into the full spectrum of recruitment services—from temporary placements and secondment to outsourcing solutions. During her leadership tenure she successfully implemented strategic focus initiatives that streamlined operations and improved profitability.

Drawn to the technological side of recruitment Sjoukje joined LinkedIn six years ago as part of their global accounts team, where she now leads high-performance sales teams supporting clients across the search and staffing sectors.

As AI continues to reshape recruitment practices, she focuses on finding thoughtful ways to balance human touch with technological advancement, contributing her perspective on how both elements can work together effectively in today's evolving talent landscape.
