4th December 2025 – The Curve Group delivers HR transformation for Barons Contract Furniture, ensuring compliance, driving efficiencies and improving employee experience.

Barons Contract Furniture is a long-established and respected UK manufacturer, operating for over 50 years. Recognising the need to modernise its HR practices and align them with the expectations of today’s workforce, Barons engaged The Curve Group as its strategic HR Outsource Partner to lead a full transformation of their HR function.

Just 9 months after launching the partnership, The Curve Group have transformed HR operations, embedding the foundations and infrastructure required to support its existing workforce, ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and improve employee experience. This has included full audit and digitalisation of all HR records and employee files; implementation of a new HR system; embedding improved HR processes spanning the entire employee lifecycle; training the Leadership population on HR practices and people management; and launching a regular Employee Opinion Survey to identify ongoing improvements.

As a result, Barons now benefits from improved compliance, faster and more consistent HR processes, clearer communication across the business, greater manager confidence, and a more engaged workforce.
