Quarterly up date - Recruitment Sector M&A activity
M&A activity in the sector continues to be resilient despite ongoing geopolitical uncertainty, as Q2 2026 saw 17 UK recruitment and workforce solutions deals, which is broadly in line with the quarterly average over the last twelve months.
Despite being slightly lower than the 19 transactions announced in Q1, Q2 saw another landmark transaction in Korn Ferry’s $1.1bn acquisition of OMERS-backed Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS). nsaction and continued private equity add-ons.
