Sexual Harassment and Sex & Gender-Based Harassment Prevention Plan and Template

The Sexual Harrassment prevention plan establishes a framework for preventing and managing workplace sexual and gender-based harassment. It aligns with the Work Health and Safety (Sexual Harassment) Amendment Regulation 2024 and the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011, ensuring compliance while fostering a safe and inclusive environment.

The Prevention template is intended as a guide and must be completed in accordance with the specific requirements of the Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation and the unique circumstances of the workplace.
