The programme is delivered virtually and starts on 15th July 2025. Foundation Recruiter consists of three courses designed to provide the foundation on which to build a successful career in recruitment, ensuring delegates develop essential skills. These skills ensure your consultants have all the tools they need to work with candidates and clients and create the confidence to succeed in a professional recruitment environment.

Launch Meeting: 9th July 2025 - 9.30 - 10.30
In this 45-minute virtual introduction to the programme, delegates gain an understanding of the programme, commitment required, pre-course preparation. It’s also an opportunity to meet the trainer and other delegates and ask questions. It is still possible to join up to 48 hours before the programme starts).
Resourcing & Candidate Management: 15th & 16th July 2025 - 8.30am - 12.30pm
