Ed began working in India more than 25 years ago, establishing a 300+ person operation in Bangalore for the UK based insurer. He then moved into the consulting and BPO industries working in the UK, Europe and the US, establishing operations in India for numerous international companies and supporting them to develop global efficiencies. Ed joined Sannam S4 in 2012 as COO, based in New Delhi. Ed was responsible for managing Sannam S4’s business operations across its five offices, overseeing a five-fold expansion in the business and the development of the business into China and Brazil.

In April 2015, Ed returned to the UK and was promoted to Group COO and Managing Director and subsequently Territory head for its Seamless business. Ed was an integral part of the senior team that recently sold Seamless to TMF Group where Ed is now Senior Director Business Development. Ed spends his time working with clients and prospective clients establishing and managing their international footprint (across >86 countries). Ed retains a role on the board of Sannam S4’s Acumen business, which has >200 people in India.

Akhilesh has over 20 years of experience in the BPM industry in various management positions and, as the Chief Customer Officer for the Group, he is now actively working with our clients in the UK and the US markets, helping them set up their Recruitment and F&A operations offshore. Highly influential and well-liked in the industry, Akhilesh is responsible for sales across multi-regions, consisting of all Recruitment and Finance & Accounting customers.

Akhilesh is a customer-centric, goal-oriented leader with diverse leadership experience gained through his roles in operations and sales and by working with several BPM companies. His experience in international business operations places QX Global Group in an optimal position to expand and develop its business in a fast-paced environment.

Julieann Fouad is a recruitment industry veteran. Her collaborative and progressive approach to business and team development has resulted in a track record of consistent achievement. She has worked with and within Top 5 Blue Chip multi-site global/national, government, and single-site SMEs, and is equally comfortable and competent working independently or with teams delivering outcomes at the front line or producing and driving strategic business plans and change programmes across multiple sites, teams, and operations.

Julie’s broad skill set and experience enable her to understand the challenges recruitment businesses face in the quest to develop effective and sustainable recruitment solutions for their clients and maximise profit for their business. Julie first experienced outsourcing as a client over 10 years, and now as a Chief Operating Officer – UK, Europe and APAC for IMS, she supports Recruitment Agencies in these regions to incept game-changing offshore solutions for their businesses.
