Sam Radion is a highly experienced sales leader, specialising in advanced payroll software and online tools. With a passion for streamlining operations through innovative technologies, Sam has spent nearly two decades in the tech space helping recruitment agencies and umbrella companies to grow.
 
His career has included technical and sales roles as well as in the emergency services with 15 years a special constable and 25 years as a volunteer coastguard rescue officer.
 
After 16 years at Merit as Sales Director, Sam joined Finity in October 2024, in order to lead the firm’s sales division, and drive the expansion of this fast-scaling company’s footprint to ensure it achieves its ambitious growth plans.
