2:05pm How to protect and strengthen your business for 2025 in a time of legal change

Hannah Morrison, Legal Director, Brabners

Simon Whitehead, Partner, Brabners

2025 will be a year of change. The Employment Rights Bill (ERB) is set to bring into force significant legal changes to the way in which employees are hired and temporary workers are supplied. The draft ERB is currently being debated in Parliament; changes are being proposed on a regular basis; consultations have been launched and the Bill is being scrutinised by House of Commons Select Committee.

Understandably, many recruitment businesses are wary of the various legal changes and increased costs on the horizon, finding it difficult to plan ahead when the situation is continuously evolving.  Despite this, with change comes opportunity. Legal experts, Brabners, are helping recruitment businesses to prepare and prioritise, supporting you to get ahead now to make for a smoother transition as we look forward to 2026, and helping you to use the changing landscape to your advantage to strengthen your client relationships.

Brabners will keep the webinar updated with the latest developments as new details emerge, ensuring it reflects the most current and relevant information on this important topic.
