Undertaking legal and compliant Right to Work checks
Gemma Tracey, Immigration Partner, JMW
Gemma will be running a training session to assist APSCo members with undertaking legal and compliant Right to Work checks on workers. Gemma manages the APSCo immigration helpline and is familiar with the RTW questions that APSCo members have – she’ll help to simplify complex guidance on the area and will provide her top tips in relation to how organisations can avoid hefty penalties for illegal working.

Gemma is a specialist UK in-bound immigration partner, sitting in the Employment Department at JMW. She has more than 10-years’ experience working on a wide range of matters relating to all types of UK immigration. She has particular expertise in relation to assisting HR teams with providing training and answering queries in relation to Right to Work checks, and also helping organisations with the sponsorship of workers.
