An experienced social care leader with over 25 years of experience, Carly has led teams of 400+ staff and is deeply committed to making a difference in people's lives. As the Co-founder and Director of ME Passport, she has helped create a digital compliance passport that improves recruitment processes within the Health and Social Care Sector.

At ME Passport, her expertise and collaborative efforts have led to the development of an innovative solution that allows the workforce to build, own, and share their compliance data with ease.

Driven by a passion for positive change, Carly is constantly seeking ways to enhance services within the industry. By leveraging technology and creative problem-solving, she is making a meaningful impact on individuals and families supported by the sector.

Liam Ryan is a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Automation & AI at Bullhorn. Playing a key role in the development of Bullhorn solutions, he ensures that Automation & AI products continuously evolve to meet market requirements whilst enabling Bullhorn customers to easily understand the benefits of using these solutions to power their agencies.

Liam has over five years of Product Marketing experience and 10 within cloud technology, working in the CRM space and Microsoft partner ecosystem prior to joining Bullhorn.

Blake Carter is the Founder and CEO of VOAI (DPAI Limited), a company that builds AI Agentic Software designed to support recruitment companies and the people they serve. With over 12 years of experience in tech and AI sales, Blake has dedicated his career to helping those who need it most, from recruiters trying to do more with less, to candidates navigating a competitive job market.

At VOAI, Blake has developed a practical suite of AI tools that assist across the entire recruitment process. From first contact and reception, to sourcing, candidate preparation, screening, and post-placement support, his technology helps teams work smarter and reduce waste without cutting corners.

Blake's background in sales and his close ties to the recruitment industry have shaped a hands-on approach to solving real problems. He built VOAI not to replace people, but to give them better tools, helping recruiters focus on relationships and candidates feel seen and supported.
