Meeting Agenda

If you are, or have in the last four years, placed locum doctors we would like to invite you to a focused discussion on the urgent issues arising from HMRC’s December 2025 policy paper on the VAT treatment of locum doctor supply. Our members have raised significant concerns about the clarity, practicality, and financial impact of HMRC’s current position.

This meeting will bring members together to discuss the challenges, agree collective priorities, and shape the engagement we take forward with HMRC.
