This includes supporting the need for agencies to provide temporary workers as well as providing innovative solutions such as upskilling and expanding the permanent workforce.

She has built a strong reputation for delivering tailored recruitment solutions and fostering meaningful, long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.

As an active member of the APSCo Compliance+ Committee Amy is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in recruitment and safeguarding. Her expertise and leadership have been further recognised through her re-election for a second term on the APSCo UK Representative Committee, where she continues to influence positive change and promote excellence across the sector.

Amanda is a category manager for education procurement at YPO and is responsible for ensuring that YPO’s framework offering provides schools and trusts with suitable solutions to make it easier to put a contract in place. She’s also responsible for our dedicated education team who works with schools and trusts to support them with procurement pipelines and end-to-end procurement projects covering a variety of categories such as supply teachers, energy, ICT, cleaning and catering services. The team aims to take the confusion out of complex procurement processes, ensuring that customers achieve a compliant, value-for-money outcome.

Gavin’s career spans 22 years working in the recruitment industry with 20 years inside the education sector. Now the MD for Reed Education, part of the Reed Specialist Recruitment group with a national network of offices providing specialist staffing solutions to the education industry, ranging from supply and contingent workforce to complex solutions such as managed services to local authorities, multi-academy trusts and individual academic settings.
