Ray Wareing is a Group Director at Sellick Partnership, having joined the business as one of its first employees. With over 20 years of experience in finance recruitment, he initially specialised in Finance & Accountancy before progressing to lead the division and later becoming a Group Director in 2006.

Ray plays a key role in Sellick Partnership’s strategic management, overseeing employee training and development while embedding the company’s vision and values. His focus on succession planning and continuous development has been instrumental in the firm’s growth and its recognition within the industry.

Beyond his role at Sellick Partnership, Ray runs the annual Manchester Professionals’ Football League, supporting St Ann’s Hospice for over a decade. He joined the hospice’s fundraising board in 2019 to help finance a new building, ensuring continued world-class care.
