In 2015, he co-founded Adepto Technical Recruitment, focusing on supporting highly regulated sectors like the Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries. The company offers a range of services including contingent, retained, and Global MSP/RPO solutions. Adepto Technical Recruitment manages recruitment processes and that of the client’s recruitment supply chain for permanent hires and contractors, handling payroll, fiscal responsibilities, and compliance in well over twenty different countries worldwide.

Tray is an experienced, strategic recruiter and leader with a strong sales background across a broad recruitment career. She has managed and led a well-known brand in support recruitment as well as a leading finance brand.

She has been a business mentor for The Prince’s Trust and set up a career mentoring business, providing career guidance for 16-25 year olds. She has provided subject matter expertise to Editorials, The Times and The Evening Standard. In 2006 she was one of Who’s Who young Entrepreneurs and in 2008 she came runner up in the Business Women of Achievement Awards.

Tray is Managing Director at Bain and Gray and is instrumental in the growth of the business. In addition, along with Emily Bain she is responsible for launching the unique Links at Bain and Gray network and directory.
