AI in Recruitment: From Hype to Reality

Max Evans, Associate Director - Business Transformation (People & Change), RSM UK

AI is reshaping recruitment faster than most organisations can keep up with, but knowing where to start, and what actually works, is a different challenge entirely. This session will give recruitment leaders practical, honest guidance on how to begin or accelerate their AI journey in ways that deliver real business value. Whether you’re still weighing up your first steps or already mid-transformation, you’ll leave with a clear understanding of where AI creates genuine competitive advantage in recruitment, the pitfalls that derail even well-resourced programmes, and the specific conditions that separate successful AI adoption from expensive experimentation. Expect concrete frameworks, real-world lessons, and actions you can take back to your business.

Panel Discussion - What are the most transformative decisions a business should make on its AI journey?

We’ve brought together a panel of members with a variety of expertise within AI. They will all share their experiences; give practical insights and strategies they’ve learnt along the way. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
